1. How will I receive my files after purchase?
Your files are delivered instantly in two ways:
- A secure download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout.
- An email containing the download link is sent to the address you used at checkout.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes. All downloads are delivered from Lavender Paris — no account required.
2. Do I need an account or store account to download?
No account is required. Your download link is included in your order confirmation email and is accessible immediately. If you do create a customer account, you can also access past orders and download links any time by logging in.
3. How do I open the ZIP file?
Your files arrive in a .zip archive. To extract them:
- Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → "Extract All".
- Mac: Double-click the ZIP file — it extracts automatically.
- iOS / Android: Use a free app such as Files (iOS) or ZArchiver (Android).
Once extracted, you will find your individual JPG files ready to print or display.
4. What file formats and sizes are included?
All files are delivered as high-resolution 300 DPI JPG images. Each purchase includes files in the following aspect ratios and sizes:
2:3 Ratio (up to 24×36 in / 61×91 cm)
Inches: 4×6, 6×9, 8×12, 10×15, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30, 24×36
Centimeters: 10×15, 15×23, 20×30, 25×38, 30×46, 40×61, 51×76, 61×91
3:4 Ratio (up to 30×40 in / 76×102 cm)
Inches: 6×8, 9×12, 12×16, 15×20, 18×24, 24×32, 30×40
Centimeters: 15×20, 23×30, 30×40, 38×51, 46×61, 61×81, 76×102

5. What devices and resolutions are supported?
Because all files are 300 DPI JPGs, they are suitable for:
- Home and professional printing at any of the included sizes.
- Digital display on any screen — desktop, tablet, or phone — without quality loss.
- Print services such as CEWE, Printful, Printify, or a local print shop.
We recommend printing on matte fine art paper or canvas for the best results. Always select "fit to page" or "actual size" when printing to preserve the correct aspect ratio.
6. Can I resize the files?
Yes. Because the files are 300 DPI, you can scale them down to a smaller size without any loss of quality. Scaling up beyond the maximum included size may reduce print sharpness, so we recommend staying within the provided dimensions for best results. Simply choose the ratio that matches your frame and print at high quality.
7. What is the license? Can I use the art commercially?
All Lavender Paris artwork is sold under a personal use license. This means:
- ✔ Print for your own home, office, personal gifts and projects, or as a personal gift.
- ✗ Do not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.
- ✗ Do not use the artwork commercially (e.g., on products for sale, in advertising, or for client projects).

8. Can I return or exchange a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed. However, under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase — this right expires early once you have expressly agreed that we begin delivery immediately and you have acknowledged losing your withdrawal right at checkout. 9. I'm having a technical issue — what should I do?
