Frequently asked questions
Are Lavender Paris products physical or digital?
All Lavender Paris products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Your purchase gives you digital files that you can download and use according to the product type purchased.
What do I receive with printable wall art?
Our printable wall art includes high-resolution digital artwork files prepared for printing. The exact file sizes and formats included are shown on each product page, so you can choose the most suitable file for your preferred print size.
Where can I print my artwork?
You can print your artwork through a local print shop or professional online printing service. For the most authentic, gallery-inspired results, we recommend printing on canvas or fine textured art paper, particularly for our vintage and painterly artworks.
The finish and colour may vary slightly depending on the paper, canvas, printer and printing service used.
Will the wallpapers fit my device?
Our wallpapers are supplied in high-resolution dimensions designed for the device types listed on each product page. Because screen sizes and aspect ratios vary between models, minor cropping or repositioning may sometimes be needed when setting your wallpaper.
How will I receive my digital files?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive access to your digital downloads. Because these are digital products, there is no shipping or waiting for a physical item to arrive.
Can I use my purchase commercially?
Standard Lavender Paris digital purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Files and artwork may not be resold, redistributed, shared or made available for download.
If you're interested in using Lavender Paris artwork commercially, please contact us directly at hello@lavenderparis.com to enquire about purchasing a commercial licence.
We also welcome enquiries about brand collaborations and licensing partnerships.
What if I have a problem with my order or download?
If you experience any issues with your order, download or digital files, please contact us at hello@lavenderparis.com and we'll be happy to help.
Can I return or exchange a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded files generally cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us at hello@lavenderparis.com so we can help.
